We can confirm that the highly controversial Chief Regulator of the Medical Licensing Commission and Provost , Royal College of Alternative Medicine , Professor Joseph Chikelue Obi FRCAM(Dublin) , is to formally proceed on part-time study leave from September 2008 - July 2011 ; to enable him duly focus part of his learned attention on an Internationally - Accredited Doctor of Laws (LLD) Degree Course at a Top European University.
During this particular period in question , Doctor Obi will still remain at the regulatory helm of both RCAM and the MLC.
